Mens dag3. Misskött mig hela helgen. Mat å dryck! Lite motion. Dålig sömn, ont o kroppen mycket led skov. Måste äta mindre.. ligger på genomsnitt 1500 dygn när jag syndar på helgerna. Sluta med alkohol🙈
