Gladly back on track. I weighed myself today and wish I wouldn't have. I have been consistently losing and I DID NOT need to see what I saw this morning. So, following the trend here, I'm not recording it!!! ha!! It wasn't my official day anyway!! :) So, now I'm REALLY committed to making a difference before Friday (official weigh in day!!).
Another side effect of being bad for two days - I am breaking out with acne so badly!!! I can't believe how bad it is!! I feel like I'm 15 again. ARGHHH!! I DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN. And I'm sure my parents don't either!!!
BREAKFAST 6 slices of bacon = 0C coffee with h/c = 1C
LUNCH 1/2 onion with buillion = 2C 1 tortilla pizza with sausage and cheese = 4C
DINNER 1 tortilla pizza with pepperoni, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes = 6C 1 serving of sugar free pudding = 4C
SNACKS 1 cup of tea with h/c = 1C
TOTAL = 18C
New recipe today - cut a cleaned yellow onion (or Vidalia) into four sections, but leave connected on the bottom. Insert a beef buillion (sp?) cube in the middle and top with about 1-2tbsp of butter. Wrap in foil and put on the grille (i cook them right on the coals). Cook until tender. They will melt in your mouth. 1/2 onion is about 4C, but tastes like 100!!!
