so I'm on gabapentin for multiple reasons and it's working great. I feel great, I have so much energy I can't set still. unless I'm cold which is alot! then me and my squiggit are snuggled under a blanket on the couch binge watching the resident. (squiggit is a 7 pound dauchound)
anyway the anxiety is under control, feeling very relaxed. I get mad, and frustrated but I bounce right back. however controlling my calories is harder now. Will have to try harder. I went shopping today got safe snacks and cleaner foods. Got a new grill and played on pinterest. found a ton of recipes I want to try lol. Haven't been to the gym in a couple of weeks, I'm outside working in the yard or garden all day when it don't rain. I need to get back into the gym. need to work on toning. well gnight all.
