Day 4 of my first week. It all started with a boot camp workout class I took last Tuesday and said to myself "Hell if I'm going to work this hard I think I might try not to eat all the calories I just burned"
My dieting in the past has been unsuccessful to say the least. I have so many reasons to lose weight that I couldn't even begin to express them here.
First and foremost would be the fact I would love to be able to do more with my 3 girls without tuckering out and needing a nap within an hour.
Second would be that I would love to be able to, for the first time since I was 17, look in the mirror and say WOW.
I'm not getting any younger and my excuses are even starting to sound ridiculous to myself.
I need a change and I need it now.

It lloks like you're off to a good start. Don't let your daily intake get below 1200 cals. It can stall out your metabolism
