@wida ranggani, iya mau naik in ke 60kg, sudah pernah cutting sekali, skrg naik in dlu masa otot nya 🙂. Ideal aku sekitar 56kg sih

@mvivik saya minum whey ko, Muscletech (nitrotech) sama satu lagi Casein Gold.. lumayan protein nya tinggi ini

@wida ranggani banyak in protein nya dlu aja, klo saya sih bull dlu utk naik in masa otot. Makan di atas kebutuhan km aja..

@Deviariyani sebnr nya itu bisa jadi genetik, saya dlu juga kaya tales bogor hehehe.. makanya angkat beben, saya main detlif dan squat 1 minggu 2 kali..
