Cuma kacang hijau di rebus biasa, tanpa campuran gula, garam or anythingelse, terus yg smoothienya tuh cuma pisang+susu lowfat+ air di blend, terus dicampurin deh ke kacang hijau td wkwkwkwk😂😂
