Down down down, that's the direction I like! When I get below 190 (my sticking point), I'll know for sure that what I'm doing now is really going to work and take me home to the 150s. I haven't been there since I was about 16, so it really is going home!
I took front and back pictures of myself in my underwear. Those will NOT be posted on FS, and no one but me will ever see them. OMG, it's scary, I have a log way to go. HUGE motivator to exercise. I only took them for comparison, they are not something I will look at again until I've lost at least 10 more pounds and have exercised regularly.
I've met two of my FS buddies in person, and you know what? They are two of my favorite people in Phoenix! I wish we could all meet, this is such a wonderful support of friends, confirmed by meeting. I'm so happy that I found this site, you have been a tremendous support to me.
