I weighed myself today and I am down 2lbs, I know that it is a good loss, but I had expected more. I have been sooooo good for the past two weeks. I am going to be happy and stop expecting so much. 2 lbs YEAH!!(I figure I may asa well act happy and then I may feel happy) Doing good working out daily, eating well and NOT eating after 8PM. I went to a 3 year olds birthday and there was cake, ice cream, chips, and watermelon. I only ate watermelon and when the cake came out I put on some Listerine whitening strips, no desire for cake when you're whitening your teeth. I am going to carry these around with me every where, when I get tempted I'm going to put them on. OK, I feel better now. I know I'm doing everything I can to keep on track! YEAH 2 lbs...this time I mean it.

Qualify your weight loss with measurements in inches. Remember, muscle is more dense than fat (i.e. takes up less space, but weighs more). As you continue, you'll see this become more prevalent. There is ae differnce between losing weight and getting in shape. YOU ARE DOING GREAT! You've loss the equivalent of almost 20 granola bars in weight. Would you prefer I staple 20 of those back on you? ; )
