@lisablackpink: 100 gram daging sapi has dalam iris tipis, marinasi dengan 1/2 bawang bombay iris tipis, 2 siung bawang putih rajang kasar, 1 ruas jahe rajang kasar, 1 sdm kecap pedas (boleh kecap biasa), 1 sdt kecap asin, 1 sdm minyak wijen, 1/2 sdt madu, 1/2 sdt lada hitam, dan garam secukupnya. Simpan di kulkas minimal 2 jam. Tumis dengan teflon sampai matang. Taburi dengan wijen sangrai dan daun bawang cincang.

It is also often stir-fried in a pan in home cooking. Sirloin, rib eye or brisket are frequently used cuts of beef for the dish." (Source: Wikipedia) Jadi bulgogi bisa pakai daging sapi maupun babi. Silahkan reserach lagi, banyak2 baca resep asli dari orang Korea kalo kurang yakin.

(Source: koreanbapsang) Jadi istilah bulgogi secara umum mengacu ke "beef bulgogi", sedangkan untuk babi disebut "dweji bulgogi" (dweji = pork = babi).
