prepare menu berbuka...krna td males belanja..jdi buat menu yg ada aja d kulkas..bihun jgung goreng mix sayuran pake minyak wijen super dikit...karbonya jagung manis rebus.sayurnya terong panggang teflon aja.proteinnya tahu tempe nnti di tambah omlet.
