I have been good about meeting all the mini challenges, but I think after the years of losing weight by just wathching what I am eating, and not a ton of exercise, have left my body somewhat out of shape. Now I am very consisitently working out, but the number on the scale isn't budging a whole lot. I am assuming that I am losing the fat and gaining muscle, which they all say weighs more than the fat. I am waiting for that one day when all of a sudden it all comes together. Will it ever?
