ランチ米抜き、夕飯 豆乳+プロテイン、豆腐チゲ鍋
ちょっと減った

けど、腹も減るわー汗
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
