Menu contekan lg dr miss @eyeini 😁. Kidney bean & susu kedelai tanpa gula, topping chia seed,potongan kurma ,madu. Simpen di kulkas 8 jam, siap disantap utk buka puasa. Tambahin taburan crunchy muesli. Segerr bgt dimakan abis cardio sore. Met bukaa 😍
