Starting back to work after 4 days off. I jogged on the morning dog walk. A lot of walking the dogs is actually standing around waiting for my senior boy to sniff and pee. So I have started marching or jogging in place every time they stop. On mornings where I am jogging, I jog the whole time. i am trying to build up my stamina so i can do more nature hikes and get in better health. Anyway, i need to eat lower calorie foods this week. that's my goal.

I love this. I'm always trying to find ways to exercise in an abstract form cause I just dont have enough time to exercise as much as I want. so lunges down the stairs, squats while doing laundry and that stuff.

Yes, kickingcarbs, I try to do the same thing. I walk the dogs 3 times a day so doing some exercising while walking them is one way for me to fit it in. I get self conscious sometimes doing squats and lunges outside walking dogs, but that's a mental thing I just need to get over, and do it anyway.
