Diddlee's Journal, 29 May 19

Sleep was long, but not good last night. Wake up weak. Suspect I've gone too hard over the last few days, and need a maintenance break.

Had double breakfast, so I can start off this day by feeling nutritionally satisfied. With another coffee, this weak day will hopefully not turn out too bad.
