I don’t weigh myself anymore but I still track my food and eat 80% healthy even though it’s sometimes hard due to school life.
I go to gym once a week for now cause my exams have started but sometimes I do extra workout at home.
I guess I have managed to be in shape and live my life without harming myself with strict diets and extreme exercises which made me become anorexic once.
I can’t deny that I sometimes miss being thinner and bony but my health is way more important .
I’m happy that I got to the realization that this lifestyle fits me better .
I hope you all are doing well and being the best version of you.✨
