Ugh. I regained the pound! I didn't reach my calorie zone despite eating proud, potatoes, and a sandwich. All of my portions were met with extra room. I was not hungry and fueled. met my movement and step goals. I am not as sore today. So... WHY THE @#$$ DID I GAIN A POUND?!

Even with the non-scale wins of step count, movement, water intake, and portion controls, it is very frustrating to see the scale go up!

How do I motivate myself today? I don't feel like the non-scale wins are doing it for me. I don't want to do am intention for the day. Looking at the weight loss graph shows this month-long plateau.

You know what? Today is an F' IT day. I'm not going to worry about any of it. If I get my steps in, great. If not, great. I'll log everything in the evening but until then, I am not caring.

The day is still young. Start now to turn that around. What you do today will help determine what you'll see on the scale tomorrow. Since you seem sensitive to your scale readings, don't sabotage yourself. UN-F'it, @cmp9969! You can do this. The scale is not your master!
