A bit disappointed with the .2 gain this morning, however ... I know that I didn't drink enough water at all yesterday. And ... no exercise the last couple of days.

Overall, though, I'm happy. Down 2.2 yesterday morning. How can I complain?!

Exactly, focus on the positive! Especially when the gains are in the decimal points you can't let it get you down. I try to focus on the overall trend instead of the minor fluctuations.
