Feeling good but somewhat sluggish! Meat meat meat, uggh. The thought of eating more meat is kind of daunting. But once I think of something yummy, its all good. I am looking forward to Memorial day, there will be plenty of meat to eat and nobody will know I'm on a diet!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Vizuri! Not only can being over 30 seem to age us, but child-bearing is worse! Oh wait, gaining large amounts of weight is by far the worst! I lost over 50 pounds with my last kiddo! May you be wearing your skinny jeans by the fall!!!! Stick with this group; they are truly inspiration!

Oh, don't forget fish, eggs, chicken, nuts, seeds, green veggies, cheeses and heavy cream. What's not to like? Make a list of what you CAN have and you won't feel as limited. Message me if you need any help. Welcome to the site! It looks like you're doing great so far. :)

Thanks for the input, it's nice to feel a part of something grown up for a change. (I pretty much live in a kids world with a 8 wk old, 3yr old and 4yr old. Ahhhh, this is refreshing. I'm going to stick with this, I can't wait to see my husbands face when I get my new bod!
