NO MILK-sorry! Heavy cream is a suitable alternative for tea/coffee, but must be limited to 3-4 tablespoons per day. NO NUTS on induction. NO FRUITS on induction.Cheese is also limited to 3-4 ounces (1 oz is approx. 1/4 cup) and must be natural, not be the artificial version..i.e. velveeta.
You can have all the meat and poultry and seafood you want. Processed meats are to be avoided.
Extras allowed are: Avocado, heavy cream, Olives and lemon juice.(courtesy of Sararay)
Its really not that hard and if you start reading peoples food diaries or their journals (for some reason everyone seems to post their food there!) you will get more ideas. Some of the guys here also give daily recipes which can be a lifesaver if you arent sure what to make!

CL has it pretty much right. I will message you a link to the induction foods list so you will have it. I highly recommend you read the book. If you already read it, it might be great to read it again as a refresher. I know I refer to it all the time. :)
