Day 1 of Phase 1 EFS....so far so good! I did great last week with eating right, but I am officially back to doing what the book says! I am concentrating on the eating portion right now and going to try to get exercise in as much as possible. I did play 7 games of softball yesterday and that was some great exercise and it felt great to get back into the swing of things. I need to get my butt back to the gym...this weeks is crazy at work so I will get in what I can and then dive head first next week for sure! I have a goal to meet and it the date will be here before I know it!
Today's menu: Breakfast: 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup OJ snack: 100 cal granola bar meal 2: 1 pear and 1 kiwi fruit meal 3: small salad with ff Catalina dressing snack and meal 4: not sure yet, need to see what I feel like when I get home from work, but will shoot for the 1/2 cup beans or rice and veggies for meal 4 and then some fruit or something for the snack....smash on everyone and best wishes!!!
