Today is first day of new challenge. I have been putting off activity for over an hr. Too tired, too cold (yes it's cold in LA today), may rain, my feet hurt, my hip is sore, the dog will smell more if he gets wet, can't go if I do not take the dog, should do laundry before i go to work, on and on and on. Have to put it in writing I AM GETTING OFF MY BUM AND GOING OUT FOR A RUN?WALK! RIGHTNOW! see ya!
