Woke at 232.0, up 1.2 after eating yesterday. Fasted all day and moved a ton of water. Looking forward to my pre-dinner weigh in. UPDATE: The restroom breaks told the tale. Down to 229.2 before dinner. Denise made brats and I ate two plus a large Sonic diet cherry limeade. This is the small protein based dinner based on the original alternate day fasting strategy. Got 475 calories in. So I broke today's fast at exactly 24 hours instead of 36.
