I go for a weigh in this week,I hope to see a real change in weight loss. I am on the #2 plan,and it offers plenty of food it just seems like some days you cant eat all of it,and drink the water too. I would like to see some chicken recipes or fish ones posted from other members of LAWL that have helped them lose,taste good, and not feel hungry.I have the cook book and some things are costly to make by the time you shop for all the ingredients to make things. I am all ears on any advice I sooo want to lose this weight,I already feel energized by walking and eating healthier too.Good Luck to everyone....

I am on # 5 and totally miserable....way too much food. I am glad it is working out well for you though!! I make most of my chicken in my george foreman grill. Sometimes I sautee it in a frying pan with PAM, and occasionally I marinate it in Mrs Dash marinade. I also use the different Mrs Dash seasonings quite frequently. I usually cook several days supply ahead and refrigerate it. I love seafood but am not really good at cooking it. Mostly I make it in the microwave but you have to be careful not to overcook it in there. I too have the cook book but have not really used it yet. I think I wasted my money on that one. Think I may try my hand at some soups now that Fall is almost here.
