Today I consider a good day because for the first time in a looooong time (so far today) I have stuck to my program. While I am straying from phase 1 (I have found that I don't have to go there), I have managed to be careful today and give a d---. Before the day is over I plan to get in some exercise which I have also not done in quite a while. I am motivated by what Information says to me and others-in life we do sometimes give into food temptations, but the idea is sb works for me so I just have to "go back to it." Tonight I WILL fill up on flavored teas....... Happy Mem day all......
