Today was a mixed bag for me. I did well on the treadmill, staying within the target heart rate (125 - 135bpm) plus did some floor exercises that I didnt do so well during Saturday morning class.
Then hubby gives me a choice between chineses buffet or a high end diner.....so we go to the high end diner and blow the entire day calorie budget plus more. We ate like we use too, the same way that got us fat in the first place. We left feeling almost sick because we ate such a large meal including three layer carrot cake and chocolate lava cake w/ ice cream. We left atleast half of each dessest on the plates.
I havent eaten anything else today. Im still full!
