I'm a newby...just two weeks in. I don't believe the recommended calorie intake. 1800 calories seems like a lot. I'm down 4 lbs so far, just eating what I consider healthy...not following an unrealistic diet. I'm 62, and want to change how i think about eating. I refuse to call this dieting. I am trying to retrain my brain, and my body.
