Sobat fs, aku udh ngejalanin diet 1 bulan lamanya dan bb aku stuck di 57. 3 minggu awalnya aku ngendaliin mkanan + cardio. Trus 1 minggu terakhir aku udh mulai fitness rutin sma Personal Trainer. Kira” bisa turun berapa kg ya dlm satu bulan?:(
57 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
