dulu udah nyobain hampir semua metode diet yg lagi hits,mulai dr diet keto,mayo,vegan,low carb,low fat
tapi krna dr awal gak tau konsep dasar weight loss yah gitu deh badan masih bulat aja
intinya defisit kalori ternyatahhhhh
