Weight Taken at 9:30am. 53% fat
I feel horrid again today. My head hurts a lot and my neck hurts. This is kinda were I start getting off track. Around my period and I start eating and going crazy. I'm hoping I can keep that crazyness at bay. I got health insurance again and hopefully can get back on my birth control meds and that seems to help with the headaches and cramps and just over all crappyness. If I could find it in myself to work out a little, walk or ride that mini-folding bike I'll be doing great. Really don't feel like doing sit ups or using the long resistance bands like I was doing....sigh we'll see.
