everytime I plateaue I have lost inches. I've been plateaued for a month and noticed my pants r bigger on me, and I've had to buy new belts. officially can not wear a 2xl belt. went to a 1xl and I'm 4 holes into it lol. so I measured my waist I've lost 3 inches since February. so even if u are not dropping pounds, remember to check other things.
