just passed my first plateau. I'm looking at the big picture these days, and I have a long ways to go so I didn't get caught up in my emotions. I'm also not reveling in the minute loss. solgiering on!
90.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
