Started over again yesterday. So today is 30 Day Shred (Day 2)...and today's weight is 131.5 (lost 3lbs! I was amazed. Won't get my hopes up though, because I don't expect tomorrow to be that much...if anything...since I snacked on a couple of things.)
MEALS: Breakfast: Visalus Shake Snack: 3 Fish Sticks Lunch: Snack: 1 Mauna Loa Macadamia Hershey Kiss Dinner: Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti with Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread (shouldn't have eaten that much dinner---especially with it being really high in calories and fat. Dang it!)
Yesterday, I did the 30 Day Shred after a week off.
