I decided to raise my daily RDI from 1600 to 1900 calories. I need more food lately, since this week my jo search has been a job itself. I feel way more active and hungry than before. I had enough of this diet... I miss fruit so badly. Especially at breakfast and for coffee breaks. In a few weeks I have to see my family doctor and will ask him. I am also scared this diet is overloading my liver. I have a predisposition to get diabetes, and I would rather prefer to be on a diet that slows down the process.
Anyway, I have a list of suitable companies and I am preparing my job applications. I am also studying German. I will be home today, and a colleague of mine will be here for lunch. It's less than one year I moved downtown, it's impressive I made friends and I have a "normal" life again. I lived for one and a half year in the countryside, while my mum died and I got divorced. I did not have any friend here in Germany, was not doing much but working and buying groceries. I am so glad things have changed from this point of view. All in all, I am happy about my life. Even if I have lost this job, I am looking for another one. Can't wait to start something new; now I feel ready for that. Life is good :)
