I have been working hard all week to get rid of the unwanted weekend gain. This weekend I am NOT splurging and undoing my whole week of hard work. It seems like every weekend I gain a few and then have to spend all of the next week correcting it instead of losing more. I guess that is why I have been around the 195-198 range for the last 6 weeks. I am sticking to it this weekend though and hopefully get past my lowest of 194. Also gonna start weighing in on Monday mornings to hold myself more accountable for the weekend rather than weighing in on Friday which gets me thinking i have the whole next week to fix my weekend binge. Mind over matter!!

Good for you! I know its hard to stay with the program on the weekends but you have a great attitude and it will work for you! Much success this Monday!

Weekends are definitely hard. Make the commitment and stick to it this weekend. You'll be much happier Monday.....and the rest of the week :) You can do it ! :)
