Kuntit dan jahenya diparut, adas, kapulaga sama merica hitamnya tumbuk kasar terus masukin semua bahan kedalam panci berisi air -+3gelas suhu normal lalu rebus sampe -+15 menit,setelah diangkat dan sdh mendisih tinggal disaring lalu minum
