From 109 to 80kg

Stuck di angka 80-81kg udah 2 bulan taaaapi badan semakin mengecil alias ngeshape. well, karena angka timbangan bukan segalanya 😉

Kak klo kt gbz setiap saat kluar utk ngeGym atau olga Ngkat beban.. Bisa ga.. Olga dirumah dengan barbel ukuran 1kg jd total sepasang 2kg.. Aq jg ingin bngtt ngecilin paha
