Penurunan yg semakin tipis tipis hahahahah

makin kita kurus memang akan makin sulit untuk nurunin berat mba,, hehe.. dan ngurangi porsi makan bukan solusi tepat, karena tubuh kita juga bakal nurunin metabolisme nya/nyesuain sendiri.. yg penting makan tetap seimbang n cukup kalori nya dan rajin olah raga :)
