Hi guys hope everyone is ok I’m on holiday in St Austell this week with my sis and bro in law just relaxing not doing much as I’m not great and my sis had stroke last year .Next week I’m in Portsmouth visiting other members of my family then back for 2weeks and more blood tests hopefully be back to FS logging food etc.Take care all of you 😊😊
