Going through relationship problems blows. I wish I was the type of person that didn’t care so much. I’m trying to reset and focus on what I can do and what I can change. I feel like I’m going nutso. On a side note. I had sugar after I worked out. Feel pretty good! Loving my Iwatch. Tracks every little thing. !!!

I was an emotional eater so I know how tough it can be to stay on track AND deal with bs. You're doing awesome!

Glad to hear you love your apple watch. Awesome right?! Not so happy about the relationship issues. I said to someone the other day...sure glad I’m happily married for life and don’t have to date and all that anymore. Tough these days when so many lack commitment! All the best to you!❤️

I was married 23 years to the love of my life. I thought our love was for time and all eternity. One day he told me that I had changed, that I wasn't the person he had married and he didn't love me anymore. I wanted to die, had nothing to live for. He was right, I had changed, I grew up. We got married at 20, I was 43 when I divorced him. Today, I have a good relationship with he and his wife. We all get together for family occasions. I survived, and I went on to accomplish many things I would never have done if we had remained married.

G_ortegam, there is life after heartbreak. For now, though, take care of yourself by eating well and trying to sleep. Be gentle with and generous to yourself, and seek support from friends (here and IRL) and counseling if you feel you nedc it.
