Couple days off while camping. Glad I didn’t gain more!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Im right there with u! We are on a 6 week RV trip through Pacific Northwest and Ive neen eating quite a bit. I gained a lb, lost it, gained it etc.. lack of upper body exercise is whats killing me! Doing lots if hiking though..
