Congrats! Not easy but please continue. You look much better especially your legs and arms and Your body looks much younger. As I said before – I wish we could lose weight faster and become stronger sooner than later. I guess it's never too late

Slow progress is healthy. It allows your body to process the fat leaving your body and not putting so much strain on your organs and allows your skin to shrink in a health more natural way so it doesn't look so stretched out. You are doing great. So happy for you. Give yourself credit. You have lost this weight AND kept if off. That is a huge commitment.
