WTF!!! Seriously WTF!! This effin scale hasn’t been going down at all! I’ve been walking (faster) and walking longer distances tracking all my food and that damn scale keeps going up...I call horse $hit..I’m mad as hell right now

Kick it!!!! I would. LOL Sometimes your body hangs on to water when you increase exercise and it will all whooosh out one day. Keep sticking to the plan!
