I mostly snacked today...I made a smoothie for dinner but couldn't find the right one in the foods section...so I just added everything that was in it instead. I am getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow, I can't eat before surgery and wont be able to after, so maybe I will lose. The question is - how long will it stay off? :) I know that not eating ANYTHING isn't the right way, but sometimes I get in that frame of mind. Well, Later...
