ini menu buat seharian. sy biasakan nimbang semuanya sebelum diolah termasuk minyak, saos2, dll. so sy bisa dpt kalori yg mendekati akurat, bukan kira2. ini yg ga bs didapat jika qta beli makanan jd, tdk diketahui bahan tersembunyi,tiba2 aja badan naik.
