Ternyata aku bandingin sama foto2 fs yg lain rata2 body lean beratnya di 45 46 ya. Kalo badan tinggi mungkin pengecualian, sekitar 50an mungkin. Hufft masih jauh perjalanan. 😧

Yes! Hindari junk food n gorengn tepung (1x seminggu utk cheat meal masi oke) perhatikan calory intake (kalori masuk) agar ga kebablasan 😁 sering latian abs(khusus yg fat nya masi banyak peer mesti dicutting dulu sampe sktr 20% baru bs keliatan absnya)

@tiaraacf cutting mesti kalori defisit kak. Kurangi karbo(bukan menghilangkan karbo dlm diet ya,karbo jg diperlukan) perbanyak cardio(lbh disarankan hiit cardio min 20-30menit)
