Day two was good. I stayed within the point range. Two days in a row. Still taking this one day at a time. OK, I just ate a scone for breakfast, because I thought a scone was low in calories and fat...not. I used nine points for breakfast ;-( Oh well, I learned a valuable lesson here...If you don't know the points ahead of time, don't eat it. So since I have only 18 points remaining for the rest of the day I need to really watch what I eat. My goal for today - 8 points for lunch and 8 points for dinner. Dessert will be a 2 point bag of popcorn.
