Hey! So yesterday wasn't bad at all. I did an hour of water aerobics in the morning and miraculously followed my diet really well. It was almost easy yesterday. Today was a bit more difficult. I'm hungrier today. I was too tired this morning to go to the gym (EXCUSE :() and so far I've just sat around all day, probably due to the fact that I feel tired. I'm going to get some sort of physical activity in today. I'll head back to water aerobics tomorrow!
