Today was a write-off. Woke up sick, stayed sick. I'm not sure where the bug came from, or if it's staying, but it pissed me off. I hate getting out of the groove. It takes a LOT of work to stay on track. To eat balanced, all day, to hydrate, and to move. Being sick cuts all those off at the knees and I know tomorrow is gonna be harder than yesterday. And yesterday was already hard.

Oh well. Just gonna keep my fingers crossed that my dinner digests properly and I'm not still sick tomorrow. Though I already have a feeling it didn't go away. My back is grumbling. That can't be a good sign.

Being sick always throws a wrench in things...you CAN get back on track,...don't worry about it, just try to get better. Stay hydrated and baby step it back to your routine. It IS tough, but you ARE worth it!

I hear ya!! I've had this nasty head cold for several days now, my sinuses are completely blocked causing headaches and the complete out-of it feeling. Body-aches and all that, and all I want is salty junk foody things because I can't taste much...Anyway. I hope you feel better soon, and get back into that groove quickly, you were just there, you can get back!!! Feel better and good luck!
