we need to do this i know i do and it will probabbly help i know i am really going to try to cut down treemendously i know i through out 3 foods i love today into the trash as they are red flag foods this should help us all loose weight at least me i hope any way god bless love shelly

Good for you to recognize the trigger foods and dispose of them!! I have occaisionally had to do that. I have been needing to get back into the swing again!!
